Live technical support is available by email or call us at 1-800-942-7943 Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5pm (EST). Technical support is available up to a year after purchase date and is included in the annual service plan.
Free Software Renewal
BestLoad provides structural engineering analysis, so it is important to keep the software updated with the most current data available. To ensure the integrity of the output, users must renew their software license annually. There is no fee for the annual renewal of the licensed version purchased, simply email and we’ll send a renewal code via email.
Free Program Patches
Keep your program up to date with download patches from our web site.
Free Program Updates
While covered on your support plan you will receive free updates to the software as they are released.
Discounted Additional Users
Special discounts are offered to current users on additional user and license purchases.
Classroom Training*
One full day of free training is available to service plan customers. Training classes will be scheduled, announced and posted on the web.
* Training must be completed within the one year period
* Any travel expenses are responsibility of customers
